Banded pricing. No success fees.

Why banded pricing?

Larger spenders get more data, more carriers, more complexity. Banded pricing matches the fee to the work, so a $250K shipper isn’t priced out and a $5M shipper isn’t under-quoted. Bands are independently verified after your first data upload — if you under-declared we contact you to top up to the correct band before delivery.

Are there success fees?

No. Every product is a flat banded fee. We charge the same whether we find $10 or $10m of overpayment. No percentage of savings, no carrier rebate, no retainer creep.

Do you take any money from carriers?

No. We take no rebates, kickbacks, referral fees, volume bonuses, or any other compensation from any freight carrier. Our entire revenue is the customer fees on this page. We will sign that into any engagement contract on request.

What if my data is messy?

It usually is. We work with whatever you have: carrier invoices, rate cards, TMS exports, carrier contracts, RFP responses, volume spreadsheets. We normalise the data before analysis. You don’t need to clean anything before sending.

What if my spend is below the minimum band?

Freight Monitoring starts at $200K–$500K. Managed starts at $500K. If your spend is below those bands the engagement size typically doesn’t justify the work — email hello@tlksource.com.au and we’ll explain why now isn’t the right time.

What does $8M+ “auto-quoted” mean?

Above $8M annual spend we quote your engagement individually within one business day. Pick the $8M+ band at checkout, fill in the form, and we email a custom quote with a Stripe link — no obligation.
